Changing table

                                 We bought this on craigs list for $15 and it included the changing pad :)

Take the changing table apart

                    (make sure to put loose screws in                      

a bowl or some where safe)

I did not use a sander on this project and I wish I had because it took way too many coats of paint. 

My advice would be to use sand paper and lightly go over the wood just to get the glaze off so the paint sticks better.

Lightly clean the wood to get all the wood grain off.

Now you are ready to paint.

Let it completely dry.

Add additional coats if necessary.

Let it dry again.

It's better to leave it over night just to be safe

put together and...
 VUALA!

How to make an old dresser look new

We bought this dresser on Craigslist for $20. 

The Paint was left over from the nursery walls.

The knobs where $7.99 at Target.

Very simple, it just takes a little bit of time.

1. Just Sand

Use and electric sander with medium grade

Be careful not to sand too much or you will change the shape of the wood. 

2. Paint.
3. Let the paint completly dry and add another coat.

4. Let the paint dry over night and then add any knobs you would like

And VUALA!
